When you register for a Polca webinar we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, agency name, number of agents, current dialer and approximate monthly lead spend. If you check the optional text messaging box, we also record your consent to receive text messages and the date and time you gave it.
We use it to confirm your registration, send event reminders and the join link, send the replay afterward, and share information about Polca. We use your mobile number only to send the text messages you opted in to, honor opt-outs, and keep records required by carriers and law.
We text only people who check the optional consent box on our registration form at https://go.polca.ai/webinar. The box is never pre-checked, registration works without it, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages include registration confirmations, event reminders, join links and replay links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that deliver our messages and host our pages, and only for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Our registration pages use functional cookies needed to display pages and submit forms. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted access limited to authorized personnel.
